Aloha Friday

Photobucket

Over on Kailaini's blog she has a great idea to kick off the weekend. As in Hawaii, they call Friday "Aloha Friday", which means a way to slow down and get into gear for a relaxing weekend. So this means to have a relaxing post day in the blogging world as well. The point of this exercise is to ask a simple question which can lead to a simple answer from fellow bloggers. So my question to you is:

"How do you keep warm in the frigid weather?"

Hope every has a great Aloha Friday!

I live in Florida so it doesn't get as cold as other states. My husband is always yelling at me to wear my jacket, but I'm from Ohio so it's not that cold to me. Unless it gets really windy, then I wear my jacket without being told.

We live in Hawaii...but when we get to CA I am going to wear a heavy jacket because my blood is so thin from living in Hawaii!!

I have to wear sweatshirts, thick socks and slippers. But I'm always cold!

I keep my thick housecoat handy, as well as a pair of those slipper socks. Love, love fleece blankets as well.

ohhh.. about 35 different pairs of slippers, can't afford the in - floor heat, so it's the cheapest alternative :)

I put layers of clothing on when I go out in the cold to keep warm.

I wear lots of 100% cotton layers because I get itchy easily. We also have FBBs "Feel Better Blankets," stationed in a basket in the family room. Some are better than others and it's first come first served unless it's me, because I'm the one who washes them!
